Monika Badly Bespoke Dress 2025

In March of 2025 I was approached by the Bristol based experimental industrial noise artist Monika Badly . They commissioned me to make a knee length dress , we spent a few hours working on the design and then over the next few weeks I pattern drafted and made it. We ended up with a black dress, made from cotton drill, polyester slightly transparent sleeves with a diamond in the same fabric on the back. Featuring a button closure inspired by vintage fencing jackets.
