Tom Whitson Bespoke Vest 2025

Bristol based photographer and filmmaker Tom Whitson approached me in Spring of 2025, about wanting a lightweight vest top to go clubbing in but with a few extra interesting details. He liked the baggy wide shoulder look of a loose fit vest but still wanted it to be fairly fitted round the stomach. I designed this hybrid piece which has a fencing jacket style neck closure but with an adjustable corset style back. A more fitted corset style paneled section around stomach with a loose gathered top section. We ended up going for one layer of thin cotton shirting fabric to make it wearable even in the sweatiest of clubs.
